Due to ongoing negotiations with Chico himself, we cannot disclose the history of Chico's before 1989. What we can, however, reveal is the story of an industrious adventurer who, upon coming to Canada, spent the better part of 20 years, developing the world's best hot dogs, sausages, burgers, and buns. Mission accomplished, he moved on to develop the best seasonings and recipes for his craft. Chico's was created in Canada in 1989. We love BBQ. Our BBQ team will service a simple BBQ for 50, to a multi-shift, multi-location, multi-cultural, corporate event for thousands. I have personally been with Chico's since Chico first came to Canada, and he has entrusted me with all of his recipes and customers, with the promise that I will never stray from his ethics of providing quality products, services, and value.
